URS is a global, leading environmental consultancy. Our office in the Netherlands is currently recruiting a Project Manager to join our Soil & Groundwater group.
As part of our team, you will:
• Provide professional consulting services supporting the Soil & Groundwater business strategy working on site investigation and remediation projects
• Manage key client(s); acting as key point of contact within URS, problem solving, co-ordinating and managing projects and maintaining a first class relationship.
• Prepare and manage proposals for soil and groundwater services
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including financial management
• Apply diverse knowledge and technical expertise in principles and practices, with none or little supervision
Requirements include:
• Ideally 4-5 years experience in the area of soil investigation and/or soil remediation consultancy in the Netherlands. Junior high potentials are also encouraged to send us an open application.
• Higher Professional Education ("HBO/University") level
• Expert experience in project management and client liaison
• Fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and in writing)
• Knowledge of Dutch environmental legislation
• Good reporting and communicative skills
