Working closely with our sister company League Geophysics, we provide groundbreaking soltions that push the boundaries of technology and geophysics, particularly for the offshore wind industry.
Job Description
We are seeking an adventurous and technically-minded Offshore Tiger to deploy our market-ready cable tracker system on various projects worldwide. This role requires a passion for adventure, technical aptitude, and the flexibility to work in remote locations across the globe including the UK, Finland, Taiwan, and beyond.
Core Responsibilities
Field Operations
- Deploy and operate our proprietary cable tracker system to detect buried cables and pipelines
- Work independently in remote locations, often offshore or in challenging environments
- Operate specialized equipment including drones in various field conditions
- Conduct measurements and collect data on buried infrastructure
- Interpret results on-site, understanding the geodetics of an area and the magnetic field of buried cables/pipelines
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the field with our support
Technical Expertise
- Develop understanding of geophysical, hydrographical, and electro-technical principles
- Apply knowledge of cable detection technology in real-world scenarios
- Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Document field operations and prepare technical reports
Project Management
- Coordinate with local partners and clients on project sites
- Manage project timelines and equipment logistics in remote locations
- Ensure compliance with local regulaƟons and safety standards
- Represent Seekable professionally with clients and partners worldwide
Profile
Required Skills & Experience
- Background in hydrography, electro-technical engineering, or geophysics preferred
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of geodetics and magnetic field principles (training will be provided)
- Valid passport and ability to obtain travel visas as needed

Working Arrangement
This position requires extensive international travel, often to remote locations. When not in the field, you will be based at our office in the Netherlands for training, processing, and preparation for upcoming projects.
