This form is intended to report transgressive behavior within study association GeoVUsie and/or the related courses at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. You can choose whether the form is sent to the Executive Board, to the confidential counselors (Julian Boonstra and Lieke van der Meij) or to both. These are the confidential counselors of GeoVUsie. It goes without saying that the contents of this form will be treated confidentially.
